Description

The City of Tittmoning plans to implement the Open All-Day School at its primary school in order to fulfil its legal claim to full-day care, for which extensive planning measures are required. For the planned expansion of the cafeteria and conversion of the school building, a preliminary study with rough cost estimation has already been prepared. The existing school buildings include the elementary and middle school (8 + 4 classes). The secondary school will be moved to the Fridolfing school location. For the primary school (12 classes planned) a modern and up-to-date learning concept with the existing areas is to be implemented. In addition, the creation of OGTS spaces for 60-80% of GS students in the existing school building or the adjacent house for children is planned. From today's point of view, the structural measures include: - Partial refurbishment of the areas of the ‘newer’ school wing (component A, construction in 1978) - General refurbishment of the areas of the ‘older’ school wing (component B, construction in 1876) - Conversion and extension of the house for children - Construction of a lift for barrier-free access - Upgrade of outdoor facilities for OGTS use According to current knowledge, the measure is to be carried out in two construction phases: - 1. BA – Conversion and extension of the house for children and conversion/refurbishment of BT A, including the creation of the OGTS areas - 2. BA – Renovation BT B The energy-efficient renovation of the building envelope already took place on the existing school building in 2009. The spatial program for transmission to the government of Upper Bavaria is currently in progress. In a feasibility study, various variants for the implementation of the measure have already been developed. The city council agreed on the implementation of variant 2b. The gross cost estimate included amounts to approximately EUR 9 million (gross, KGr. 200-700, feasibility study 10/2024). It is planned to process the performance phases 1 and 2 for the overall action in parallel. Measures in the support area of all-day care must be completed by 31.12.2027. The further planning and construction of BA 2 to the existing school building is then to take place postponed, including the development under funding law, and depends on the possible funding and financing possibilities of the measure. The planning services for property planning buildings, open-air plant planning, specialist planning of technical equipment as well as structural planning are advertised in parallel. The planning process is to be accompanied by a pedagogical specialist planning office. Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
