Description

De Aanbestedende dienst is van plan om met één (1) Opdrachtnemer die door Microsoft als LSP (Licensing Solution Provider) is geautoriseerd, een ​Raamovereenkomst​ aan te gaan voor het leveren en onderhouden van Microsoftlicenties inclusief bijbehorende dienstverlening op voorwaarden die door de VNG zijn bedongen met betrekking tot de aanschaf en levering van Microsoft contracten conform het VNG Framework GT Microsoft. Het VNG framework GT Microsoft bestaat uit juridische en commerciële voorwaarden op basis van het M365 licentiemodel van Microsoft. De Aanbestedende dienst is daarnaast voornemens om gedurende de looptijd van de nieuw te sluiten Raamovereenkomst haar huidige abonnement op Azure Cloud Services Back-Up subscription (back-up omgeving voor de lokale servers, Microsoft 365 omgeving) ook onderdeel te laten worden van deze nieuw te sluiten Raamovereenkomst. De ingangsdatum van de nieuwe Raamovereenkomst is 1 juli 2025. Voor de omvang en specificaties wordt verwezen naar de offerteaanvraag en het Programma van Eisen. De geschatte worden van de opdracht per jaar is € 450.000.
