Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of equipment for the needs of the Rehabilitation Centre in Kociewski Centrum Zdrowia in Starogard Gdański as part of the project ‘Expansion, reconstruction and retrofitting of Kociewski Centrum Zdrowia Sp. z o.o. in Starogard Gdański and improving the qualifications of the medical staff in order to increase the availability of specialist health services in the field of civilization diseases’ implemented under the Regional Operational Programme of the Pomorskie Voivodeship 2014-2020, Priority Axis 7 Health, Sub-measure 7.1.2 Health care resources.
2. Delivery of equipment to the place indicated by the Ordering Party shall be carried out by an appropriate means of transport, at the expense and risk of the Contractor.
3. The Contractor shall be responsible for the proper preparation of the equipment for operation, commissioning and training of the staff.
4. The description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ.
