Description

The subject of this contract is the Purchase of electricity for the Contracting Authority’s premises and local government units of the Jędrzejowski District Powiat and other entities operating within the Jędrzejów District Purchase Group indicated in Annex 1 to the ToR, in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997. Contract – purchase of electricity for the facilities listed in Annex 1 to the ToR: The estimated electricity demand for the period 1.1.2018 to 31.12.2019 is 14 292 835.00 kWh. The contracting authority acts in its own name and on the basis of a signed agreement (agreement for inspection at the Contracting Authority’s premises), on behalf of the following municipalities and their organisational units, as indicated in Annex 1 to the ToR: The municipalities of Jędrzejów, Oksa Municipality, Imielno Municipality, Małogoszcz Municipality, Nagłówce Municipality, Municipality of Sobków, District Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Jędrzejów.
