This European restricted call for tenders is being initiated for the realisation of a new Sports Centre in Delft. The scope of the project includes the demolition of an old school, the construction of a sports hall with swimming facilities and a parking garage. In addition, development rights are granted for the design, realization and operation (sale or rental) of approximately 30 homes at the contractor's own expense and risk.
