Description

The target of the procurement is services related to the strategic and tactical planning of social media for major events of the Helsinki Event Foundation (hereinafter the Subscriber), content production and real-time event communication and on-call services in social media channels. The purpose of the procurement is to find partners who are able to take full control of the social media marketing and communications of the Subscriber's various major events (such as Tuomaan Markkinat, Lux Helsinki and Helsinki Festival). The partner is required to have the ability to create social media concepts that engage the audience, a strong visual and video production routine, and the ability to act operationally and persuasively in intense field conditions during events. The content of the service to be procured, key areas, general and qualitative requirements, as well as the promotion and quality control of the work are described in Appendix 1 Service description.
