Tiekėjas įsipareigoja Sutartyje numatytomis sąlygomis perduoti Pirkėjui augalus - daugiametes gėles ir gėlių svogūnėlius, nurodytus Sutartyje ir jos prieduose, ir atitinkančias juose nustatytus reikalavimus (toliau – Prekės), įskaitant Prekių atvežimą, pasodinimą nurodytose vietose pagal Tiekėjo pateiktus ir su Pirkėju suderintus augalų išdėstymo planus, schemas ar projektus, ir reikalingos dokumentacijos pateikimą.
