In connection with the implementation of an investment project for the construction and rehabilitation of a water supply network in the town of Perushtitsa and in the course of the implementation of the construction contract concluded, the need for a change under Article 154 of the Spatial Development Act was determined. The processing under Art. 154 of the Spatial Development Act should include activities on: elaboration of an investment project under the Road Part in the technical phase, covering the point of passage of the water pipeline through the route of the national road III – 8602 "Plovdiv – Perushtitsa – Krichim" and the exercise of author's supervision. The need was established by the Plovdiv Provincial Road Administration and a Record of Inspection was drawn up setting out a route for the ‘Construction and rehabilitation of the water supply network in the town of Perushtitsa’ site and laying down instructions for the development of a project in the ‘technical’ phase of the ‘Road’ section. The changes made will be coordinated and allowed for implementation within the hypotheses under Art. 154 of the Spatial Development Act.
