Description

The Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment for South Savo invites tenders in accordance with this invitation to tender and its appendices. Labour market training in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Act on Public Employment and Business Service (916/2012, JTYPL) is procured through competitive tendering.
The content of the service to be procured is described in more detail in the service description appended to the invitation to tender. The appendices to the invitation to tender can be found in the appendices and links section of the invitation to tender.
The estimated value of the service to be procured exceeds the threshold laid down in section 25 of the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts (Act on Public Contracts 1397/2016) for Annex E procurements, so the Act on Public Contracts applies to competitive tendering. In addition, the provisions and instructions stated in the "Other matters" section of the invitation to tender and in the attached model contract will be followed in the procurement.
The objective of the contracting entity is to select the three (3) most economically advantageous tenders. The criteria for determining the most economically advantageous tender (evaluation criteria) are set out in this invitation to tender. The contracting entity shall conclude a separate written procurement agreement with the selected suppliers.
