Αντικείμενο της συμφωνίας-πλαίσιο είναι η διάθεση και διαχείριση από τον Ανάδοχο ανθρώπινου δυναμικού εκατό είκοσι δύο (122) ατόμων, το οποίο θα παρέχει προς την εταιρεία υπηρεσίες για την οικονομική, διοικητική και τεχνική της υποστήριξη για χρονικό διάστημα τριών (3) μηνών.
