Description

1)The subject of the order is the delivery of a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer (ICP-MS) coupled with high-performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC System). (2) In particular, the Contractor shall be responsible for: 1) delivery of the subject of the contract, i.e. a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer (ICP-MS) coupled with high-performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC System) (including, in particular, loading, transport, bringing, unloading, setting, assembly, connection to the installation in the laboratory at the indicated place) to the laboratory located in the building of the Chemical Department, 2) assembly, installation and commissioning of the apparatus in the laboratory immediately after delivery and checking the correctness of its operation to obtain the required parameters, 3) conducting training for the Employer's employees who are users in the field of correct operation of the apparatus and maintenance. The training will be held immediately after the installation and commissioning of the equipment on a working day, 4) granting a warranty and quality guarantee for the subject of the contract, for the period specified in the submitted offer, 5) maintenance of the delivered subject of the contract for the period specified in the contract, 6) performance of the warranty service during the warranty period, including the provision of technical assistance. 3) The subject of the Order must be performed in accordance with the Act of 19 July 2019 on ensuring accessibility for people with special needs. 4) The Contracting Authority’s detailed requirements for the performance of the subject-matter of the contract include the Description of the subject-matter of the contract, which constitutes Annex No 8 to the FTZ (hereinafter referred to as ‘the FTZ’), all annexes to the FTZ are an integral part thereof and the draft provisions of the contract, which constitute Annex No 9 to the FTZ.
