Maintenance, functionality extension and related services of the procured document management system KONTORA2004 (hereinafter referred to as the "System") (hereinafter referred to as the "Services"), which comply with the requirements set out in the Agreement and its Annexes: Maintenance and expansion of the functionality of the self-service module of the system (hereinafter referred to as the self-service module) for the approval of the completion and submission of various types of internal requests of administrative staff to responsible persons (e.g. holiday requests, teleworking requests, etc.) in order to simplify and shorten the application process and other processes digitized on the basis of the self-service module of KONTORA - digitalisation of the submission of requests of heads and employees of institutions of Kaunas City Municipality to the administration of Kaunas City Municipality and optimization of the process of their implementation.
