The subject of the public contract is the implementation of internal building modifications of the existing building, which is used by the Cyrillo-Methodian Theological Faculty of Palacký University in Olomouc. The building modifications will reconstruct the entrance area and the gatehouse, where it is a matter of cleaning the room of the gatehouse from secondary-walled partitions, adding stone tiles to the room of the gatehouse and a new solution of the gatehouse glazing towards the entrance hall, newly it will be separated by fire doors of the singing hall and corridor as a separate fire section and reconstruction of four offices. Floor repairs are proposed, i.e. repair of structural layers, the current state of which is unsatisfactory. Furthermore, new wiring and reconstruction of the plastered ceiling will be carried out with a historical design. The building is located at Univerzitní 244/22, 779 00 Olomouc, parc.no.st. 653/1, Olomouc municipality, cat. territory Olomouc-city. The building is a cultural monument and is located in a conservation area.
