The scope of the procurement includes the following activities: - Assessment of the compliance of investment projects with the basic requirements for construction works within the meaning of Article 142(6)(2) of the Spatial Planning Act in compliance with the requirements of Article 142(5) of the Spatial Planning Act; - Preparation of conformity assessment of the energy efficiency part of the investment projects within the meaning of Article 169(1)(6) of the Spatial Planning Act - Conformity assessment of the structural part of the investment projects within the meaning of Article 142(10) of the Spatial Planning Act. - Exercising construction supervision during construction, in accordance with Article 166 of the Spatial Planning Act (SPA). The scope of construction supervision activities during construction is in accordance with Article 168 of the Spatial Development Act, including coordination of the construction process until the site is put into operation. - Acting as Safety and Health Coordinator in accordance with Regulation No 2 of 22 March 2004 on the minimum health and safety requirements for the performance of construction and installation works. - Preparation of a technical passport in accordance with Article 176a of the Spatial Planning Act and Regulation No 5/28.12.2006 and Preparation of a final report under Article 168(6) of the Spatial Planning Act.
