Description

The Investitionsbank Schleswig-Holstein (IB.SH) - the central promotional institution of the state with currently around 850 employees - intends to conclude a contract with a service provider for the supply of office and consumables, printing and delivery of printed stationery. The orders are made in each case via an online shop provided by the contractor. It is necessary that about 20 users of IB.SH have access to the online shop and are able to place orders or retrieve goods independently. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The online shop must display at least the following: Cost center, product specification, packaging units, net and gross price including delivery costs. Each cost center is assigned a delivery address (at the office in Kiel or Rostock). In total, IB.SH has about 170 cost centers. Orders for office supplies are made as required. Each cost center orders independently. The costs for operation, delivery of the goods and readiness of the online shop are to be taken into account in the item prices. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ IB.SH defines a core range. The parties shall agree on the detailed design of the product range. The core range is shown in Appendix 2. The quantities indicated in the price sheet (mean value from the last two years) are used exclusively for the calculation and comparability of the offers. The quantities mentioned are non-binding.
