Description

The performance of the contract shall include:
1. Subscription maintenance of the software ‘SOFI-BNB’ (detailed in Annex No 1 ‘Technical Specification for Subscription Maintenance and Development of SOFI-BNB’);
2. Services for the development of the software ‘SOFI-BNB’ – analysis, development and implementation of additional functionality, in accordance with point 5 ‘Performance of activities relating to analysis, development and implementation of additional functionality upon request by the BNB’ of Annex No 1;
3. Free of charge, warranty maintenance of any additional functionality referred to in Article 1 (2) of the draft contract, which shall be carried out in accordance with the conditions and deadlines set out therein;
4. Any additional functionality awarded under the public procurement contract after the end of the relevant warranty maintenance period shall also be included in the subscription maintenance referred to in point 1. The contract will be concluded for 4 years.
