Description of the contract(s) 1.1 Contents of the contract The contract to be awarded shall cover at least: • providing and making available the ICT solution as Software-as-a-Service; • the technical implementation of the ICT solution, including the necessary links; • the organisational implementation of the ICT solution in cooperation with the municipality; • the initial training of the employees of the Municipality of Overbetuwe; • migrating and/or converting the data from the currently in use applications; • (technical) management and maintenance of the ICT solution.
