Description

La consultation concerne l'achat de fournitures pour l'entretien des réseaux d'eau potable de la CAV. Il s'agit d'une relance de consultation. Pour rappel, une consultation avait été engagée sous forme d'un appel d'offres ouvert pour l'achat de fournitures pour l'entretien des réseaux d'eau potable de la CAV. Cette procédure a été déclarée sans suite pour motif d'intérêt général tiré de la nécessité pour l'entité adjudicatrice de redéfinir son besoin. L'entité adjudicatrice a décidé de relancer une procédure sous forme d'appel d'offres. Le présent appel d'offres ouvert est soumis aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Cette consultation est passée en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique relatif aux accords-cadres. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande mono-attributaire sans minimum et avec un maximum.
