Description

Die zentralen Ziele dieses Prüfprogramms sind die Ermittlung der Betriebskosten von Hybrid-, Plug-In-Hybrid- und Standardbussen und deren Vergleich an den verschiedenen Einsatzorten. Außerdem sind die Inbetriebnahme und der laufende Betrieb der Hybridbus-Kleinflotten in den Projekten zu bewerten und ggf. Optimierungsvorschläge aufzuzeigen. Weiterhin geht es darum, die Belastbarkeit der Technik zu untersuchen, ggf. Schwachstellen aufzuzeigen und Verbesserungsvorschläge zu erarbeiten und den Beitrag zum Klimaschutz begleitend zu erfassen (Monitoring Treibhausgasminderung).
In einem weiteren Schritt soll über die Hybridtechnologie hinausgehend untersucht werden, welche Antriebstechnik generell auf welcher Strecke wie am besten eingesetzt werden kann. Auch hieraus sollen Rückschlüsse und Optimierungspotenziale abgeleitet sowie ein Softwaretool zur Entscheidungsunterstützung bei Busbeschaffungsvorhaben entwickelt werden.
Der durchzuführende Auftrag enthält mehrere Arbeitspakete:
AP 1: Ermittlung der Kosten im Linienbetrieb
AP 2: Bewertung der Inbetriebnahme und des Linienbetriebs der Hybridbus-Kleinflotten
AP 3: Effizienzanalyse in Abhängigkeit von den Einsatzbedingungen
AP 4: Erstellung eines Softwaretools zur Beschaffungsoptimierung von Nahverkehrsbussen:
AP 5: Laufende Erfolgskontrolle/ Monitoring
AP 6: Lösungsvorschläge und Optimierung
AP 7: Option
