Description

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of the contract under the collective name: Design, construction and provision of an exhibition stand with additional services at the following events: Paris Air Show 2025, Paris (France) and International Astronautical Congress, Sydney (Australia). The order was divided into two tasks (parts), corresponding to the above places of exhibition stands. 2. The contract includes comprehensive services related to the presence of the Polish Space Agency as an exhibitor at international trade fair and congress events at the Paris Air Show 2025, Paris (France), from 16 to 22 June 2025, and the International Astronautical Congress, Sydney (Australia), from 29 September to 3 October 2025, with a detailed scope differentiated for individual events, as reflected respectively for: 1) Part I - Preparation of the project, construction and provision of the exhibition stand with additional services at the Paris Air Show 2025 in Paris, France, from 16 to 22 June 2025 - Annex 1a - Detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract 2) Part II - Preparation of the project, construction and provision of the exhibition stand with additional services at the International Astronautical Congress event in Sydney, Australia, from 29 September to 3 October 2025 - Annex 1b - Detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract
