Description

The client manages properties of various federal authorities nationwide within the framework of uniform property management. In the course of the legally stipulated outlet of the built-in fluorescent lamps T5 and T8 on 25.08.2023, a complete replacement of the built-in fluorescent lamps by LED lighting is required to maintain the illumination. This conversion is to be carried out successively in individual sprints as part of a dynamic procurement process. The construction work is required within the framework of an agile approach in different sizes of the properties to be renovated. The client will award the construction services for the respective properties in individual sprints, as part of a dynamic process. This should also make it possible for small and medium-sized electrical specialist companies to provide the services. The provision of services essentially comprises construction work in relation to high-voltage power plants Cost Group KG 440 (445) in accordance with VOB 2019 in conjunction with the supplementary volume 2023 with the ATV (General Technical Contractual Conditions) of VOB/C for the tendered services in accordance with the schedule of services. The planning services are currently advertised and commissioned in a separate procedure. The aim of the measure is to dismantle lighting fixtures in offices, corridors and adjoining rooms, including lighting fixtures, and to reassemble new lighting fixtures, including lighting fixtures, in parts in conjunction with a lighting control system. The concrete needs will be communicated to the candidates in the context of the subsequent submission of a delivery sprint. With the published procurement documents, a non-binding sample list of services was published in order to provide an exemplary overview of the services to be provided. The following 9 regions were formed, in which the respective construction work to be performed is located. Interested companies can apply for one or more regions, whereby bid submissions for individual retrieval sprints are then only possible in a sub-area of the region. • Region 1 with headquarters in Rostock: Federal States of Schleswig-Holstein, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Hamburg • Region 2 with headquarters in Berlin: State of Berlin • Region 3 with headquarters in Potsdam: State of Brandenburg • Region 4 with headquarters in Magdeburg: Federal States of Saxony-Anhalt, Lower Saxony, Bremen • Region 5 with headquarters in Dortmund / Bonn: State of North Rhine-Westphalia • Region 6 with headquarters in Erfurt: State of Thuringia, Saxony • Region 7 with head office in Koblenz: Federal States of Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarbrücken • Region 8 with headquarters in Freiburg: State of Baden-Württemberg • Region 9 with head office in Munich: The specific construction services (service I., II., etc.), i.e. performance sprints, are communicated to regionally qualified applicants per region via the dynamic procurement system.
