The purpose of the contract will be to carry out the service of MAINTENANCE AND CONSERVATION OF THE ELEVATING APPARATUS INSTALLED IN THE BUILDINGS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF LAS PALMAS DE GRAN CANARIA (ULPGC) included in Annex I of the technical specifications, in order to achieve the best state of conservation of the facilities and construction elements specified in section 3 of the technical specifications, to guarantee the permanent availability of the services and functions of said goods to be preserved, to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of them and to guarantee that any breakdowns are reduced to the technically expected and essential minimum.
