Description

This opinion is part of the intensification of the action to upgrade the descriptive technical reference system of the RATPI/DGOA CT unit. It aims at the numeration and/or modification of the descriptive technical reference system. The digitisation service consists of scanning the plans in TIFF and PDF formats in order to have a repository that can be used by project engineering and maintenance. The service of modifying the repository makes it possible to update documents that are not yet managed in an EDM so that they comply with the formalism requirements of DGOA/CT before their integration into a repository management tool. The service provider must be able to meet the needs and, if necessary, suggest changes taking into account the requirements inherent in the RATP rail safety standards. Provision is made for the conclusion of a framework agreement on order forms with a minimum and a maximum amount.
