Description

The contract concerns: collecting municipal waste from property owners in the city of Jasła and managing the waste collected, i.e. recovery or disposal, in such a way as to ensure that adequate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery are achieved by other means and to limit the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, as referred to in the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1454, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Law on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities.
