Description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision for 24 months of the service of maintenance and development of IT systems in relation to the following programs, for which the Chancellery of the Senate is licensed: 1.1. Asseco Softlab ERP modules: Finance and Accounting, Engagement module, Fixed Assets; Logistics and Sales, 1.2. Asseco Softlab ERP HR modules: HR, Payroll, Employee Portal, E-declarations, Superior Portal; PPK, hereinafter referred to as the ‘ERP system’. 2. The subject-matter of the contract also includes: 2.1. Subscription service for new versions and updates of programs. 2.2. Version exchange service. 2.2.1. Handling of new licenses. 2.2.2. A service to correct critical errors, nuisance errors and non-nuisance errors in the program code, including under the warranty provided. 2.2.3. Help desk service – telephone and electronic access to contractor consultants. 2.2.4. Service provided by dedicated contractor consultants. 2.2.5. Subscription to two developer licenses. 3. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract can be found in Annex 1 to the FTZ - description of the subject-matter of the contract.
