Description

la mission consiste à mener, sous le pilotage des services de Nantes Métropole, l'évaluation du Plum dans le cadre réglementaire prévu par le code de l'urbanisme.
Elle vise à mesurer les résultats effectifs du document d'urbanisme en vigueur au regard des objectifs initiaux. Le bilan porte sur la mesure de l'écart entre le prévu et le réalisé, en tant que point d'étape sur une trajectoire fixée par le PADD du Plum (horizon 2030). Autrement dit, il s'agit de mesurer le chemin parcouru après 6 ans de mise en oeuvre du PLU métropolitain. L'Évaluation doit permettre de caractériser l'évolution du territoire au regard des objectifs du PADD, en s'appuyant sur des données fiables et reproductibles, en prenant en compte le contexte général, les dynamiques régionales et nationales
