Description

The objective of this call for tenders is to optimally fill the need for printing, copying and scanning via Fierder Onderwijs’s MFPs in order to support the delivery of excellent education. Fierder Onderwijs currently has three suppliers with different agreements for the MFPs (for more information see the tender document). With this tender, the contracting authority wishes to achieve a uniform printing environment as much as possible, with a uniform end date. The Contracting Authority wishes to achieve this objective by means of a European call for tenders following an open procedure. This invitation to tender will also have to lead to as much uniform pricing and conditions as possible for the Contracting Authority. This call for tenders concerns the selection of a single supplier for Lauwers College and Dockinga College. The aim is to conclude a single framework agreement for the contracting authority with a single contractor. Estimated scope of delivery: In the price sheet Form C, the Tenderer will find the estimated size, the actual order can deviate from this by a maximum of 25%.
