1. The subject of the contract are: MEDICINAL PRODUCTS, FOOD FOR SPECIAL MEDICAL USE, CATHETIC DISINFECTION, MEDICAL DEVICES, DISINFECTION MEASURES FOR NMP Regional Specialist Hospital in Częstochowa. 2. The description of the subject of the contract was included in the assortment and price forms, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The other conditions relating to the performance of the contract are set out in Annex No 6 to the SWZ, which constitutes the model contract. 3. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. The term ‘partial tender’ shall mean the individual lots set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ. The contractor may submit a tender for any part or for the entire subject-matter of the contract.
