Description

Silkeborg Municipality plans to offer a number of lots to support the operation and maintenance of the municipality’s vehicles (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Car Fleet’). The fleet currently consists of approximately 361 ordinary cars with fossil and electric vehicles weighing up to 3,500 kg. In addition to the regular cars, the Car Fleet consists of approximately 49 buses with a weight over 3,500 kg, of which 6 of the buses have a weight up to 26 tons. Prior to the completion of the tenders, Silkeborg Municipality wishes to invite relevant suppliers to a market dialogue. The purpose of the market dialogue is to prepare tender documents in the best possible way in order to ensure that the content and implementation of the process has a content and quality that is attractive to the market and in accordance with Silkeborg Municipality's workflow with the task. The market dialogue is thus an opportunity to discuss points of interest, market experience and knowledge with similar tasks and whether Silkeborg Municipality's wishes and needs for the operation and maintenance of the car fleet can be met by the market. The purpose of the dialogue is to: Gain knowledge of the structure and capacity of the market. - Validate and possibly adapt the division into lots. Get input for technical and commercial requirements. - Discuss practical issues such as process, scope and forms of cooperation. - Describe the contract value Description of areas in which contract coverage is sought: Silkeborg Municipality expects the need to be divided into the following contract areas: • Area 1) Roadside assistance for the municipality’s ordinary cars and buses – Errors, downtime and emergency situations. • Area 2) Buses - General service and maintenance of buses: annual service, statutory inspection, minor repairs, washing, etc. - Insurance damage and major repairs - Tyre and wheel change, tyre storage and ongoing tyre replacement • Area 3) Insurance damage and major repairs - regular cars • Area 4) Tyre storage and wheel change - regular cars - Seasonal change, storage, tyre control and replacement.
