Description

The client's goal is to have the new building of the Altenberge Town Hall certified according to the DGNB usage profile for new office and administration buildings, version 2018 with an overall degree of fulfilment of at least 50% (silver). Furthermore, the "Quality Seal Sustainable Building" (QNG) of the Federal Ministry of Housing, Urban Development and Construction is to be achieved. The AG attaches great importance to a low-pollutant / -free construction method. To this end, the AN has the qualities specified in the DGNB specifications (criterion: ENV1.2 risks to the local environment) as well as the QNG requirements in its choice of materials and products.
