The subject of the order is Successive delivery of reagents of companies: EURx, Aviscera Bioscience, BioVendor, Cloud-Clone Corp., Diaclone SAS, Immundiagnostik, RayBiotech, S.Witko, CHS, Baker, Chem-Lab, ABCAM, Proteintech, TargetMol or equivalent for the needs of the units of the Medical University of Silesian Piasts in Wrocław. The subject of the contract was divided into 4 (four) lots, assessed separately, i.e.: Part 1 - Successive supply of EURx reagents or equivalent for the needs of the units of the Medical University of Silesian Piasts in Wrocław; These reagents belong to group 1 (reagents for cell biology), group 3 (recombinant proteins and peptides) and group 4 (reagents for the isolation, detection and marking of molecules). Part 2 - Successive supply of company reagents: Aviscera Bioscience, BioVendor, Cloud-Clone Corp., Diaclone SAS, Immundiagnostik, RayBiotech, or equivalent for the Medical University of Silesian Piasts in Wrocław; Part 3 - Successive supply of company reagents: S.Witko, CHS, Baker, Chem-Lab or equivalent for the needs of the units of the Medical University of Silesian Piasts in Wrocław; These reagents belong to group 8 (chemical reagents for highly specialised research applications). Part 4 - Successive supply of ABCAM, Proteintech, TargetMol or equivalent reagents for the needs of the units of the Medical University of Silesian Piasts in Wrocław; These reagents belong to group 3 (recombinant proteins and peptides) and group 4 (reagents for the isolation, detection and marking of molecules). The subject-matter of the contract is described in detail quantitatively and generically in the Assortment and Price Sheet (Annex 2 to Parts 1 to 4 of the ToR). However, the quantities given in the Sheet are only a forecast needed to compare offers. During the implementation of the contract, the Ordering Party will order reagents in quantities consistent with actual needs.
