Description

Editorial consulting, graphic design, design of print and web communication tools, iconographic research, illustrations, shooting and writing. This contract shall be understood as follows: • an editorial advisory service that the INCa could use for the design of institutional reports or documents, such as its annual activity report for example; • a graphic design service. For a print edition project: • the design of a mock-up or graphical principle that can be used for various documents. Execution may be carried out in-house or by the holder of the graphic execution contract; • the design of communication tools: brochures, posters, press announcements, postcards, etc. For a digital version: • designing communication tools such as banners, carousels, infographics, animated films, data visualisations, emailing templates, etc. • iconographic research (as part of a graphic design proposal); • the production of medical or other illustrations, press announcements, PowerPoint masks, infographics, ensuring the consistency of the illustrations produced; • writing all-public or medical/scientific content; • the production of artistic portraits, or photos of people or places, short videos, motion design or interactive animations or audio podcasts if they involve editorial and/or graphic coherence with a given project. The following are excluded from the scope of this contract: • manufacturing, shaping and printing work (except in exceptional cases, linked to an exceptional service); • storage and dissemination operations; • photoreports on events (except in exceptional situations). The procedure consists of a single lot, leading to the conclusion of a single contract. The estimated value of the contract over the maximum duration of the contract is EUR 1 000 000 excluding taxes. The details of the services can be found in the Special Technical Specifications (STS) attached to the Call for Applications ("CAP").
