(a) Task No IX.2. Construction of a sanitary sewerage network in the village of Zakaze – Stage IV, marked as Object (element) l – sewerage of the existing pumping station P1 in the area of ul. Slovak and ul. Kościuszki,
(b) Task No IX.3. Construction of a sanitary sewerage network in the village of Zakaze – Stage V, consisting of the following Objects:
— Facility (element) II – sewerage of the existing pumping station P1 in the area of ul. Starowiejska and ul. Membranes;
— Facility (element) III – sewerage of the pumping station P3;
— Facility (element) IV – sewerage of the pumping station P4.

Scope of works to be carried out:
1). Under contract Task No IX.2. Construction of the sanitary sewerage network in the village of Zakaze – Stage IV: Facility I – sewerage of the existing pumping station P1 in the area of ul. Slovak and ul.Kościuszki – gravity network d200 and d 160 with a length of 998 m.
2). Under contract Task No IX.3. Construction of the sanitary sewerage network in the village of Zakaze – Stage V: Facility II – sewerage of the existing pumping station P1 in the area of ul. Starowiejska and ul.Membranes – gravity network d200 and d160 1 076.5 m long.
Facility III – sewerage of the P3 pumping station, including;
— gravity network d200 and d160 lengths of 3 500 m,
— EP compression collector d110 180 m long,
— pumping station P3, with fencing, site management and internal electrical installation with a monitoring and visualisation system – 1 kpl.
Facility IV – Sewerage of the P4 pumping station, including:
— gravity network d200 and d'160 4 167.5 m long
— EP compression manifold d 110 length 785 m
— pumping station P4, with fencing, site management and internal electrical installation with a monitoring and visualisation system – 1 kpl.
Note: The tenderer selected under this invitation to tender must submit detailed estimates to the Contracting Authority. These estimates, accepted by the Contracting Authority, will constitute an annex to the contract for performance of the contract.
Important comments on the subject-matter of the contract:
The design documentation and technical specifications and other documents provided by the Contracting Authority, including the bill of measurement as supporting material to the design documentation and technical specifications when establishing the contract price, are part of the task, and the requirements specified in one of them are binding on the Tenderer (the Contractor) as if they were included in all the documentation. In the event of discrepancies in the findings of individual documents, the order of priority shall apply: St, construction design, bills of measurement, contract and sieve.
Contracting authority allows equivalent tenders to be submitted
The contracting authority shall not allow variants to be submitted.
Information on envisaged supplementary contracts (Article 67. Points 1(6) and (7)
The contracting authority shall provide for the award of complementary contracts. Up to a value of not more than 50 % of the value of the contract. Complementary contracts will cover:
Sanitary sewerage network in the village of Zakaze as regards the catchment area of P6 pumping station – stage VIII.
Sanitary sewerage network in the village of Zakaze as regards the catchment area of the P7 pumping station – stage IX.
Sewerage network in the village of Zakaze, ul.Liquor – Stage X.
