Description

The Welfare Area of Central Ostrobothnia Soite invites you to submit your tender at the address of Kokkola Sotekeskus, Mariankatu 28, 67200 Kokkola for cleaning services for the period 1.12.2026 - 31.12.2031 + two-year option. There is an Insta 800 1:2018 system for defining and evaluating technical quality, of which a separate service contract is included in the annexes. The surface area to be cleaned is 11400 m2. The contract includes maintenance cleaning, basic cleaning and waste management. The tasks are described in more detail in the instructions for social and healthcare centre cleaning services. The procurement consists of functional units, which are subject to unit work programmes (unit cards). The unit cards define the cleaning frequency and quality profile for each room. The cost liability table describes the distribution of costs between the customer and the producer. If the bidder needs floor plans for the health and social services centre, the floor plans are available separately from the Customer upon request. The request for floor plans is submitted to Hankinnat@soite.fi. The client's target starts in stages. The customer needs cleaning and equipment already from mid-December. This will be agreed in more detail with the service provider. The client's units will move to the new health and social services centre during December 2026 - February 2027. Unit-specific invoicing begins at the start of the operations of the moving units, separately agreed.
