Lot 1 - 24148 - The provisions of the FWC relate to: - Verification of the works corresponding to Title II the energy saving certificates of the Energy Code. The inspection body shall be accredited in accordance with standard NF EN ISO/IEC 17020 applicable as a Type A inspection body for the field "Inspection of standardised energy saving operations under the EWC issuing scheme", or any equivalent standard. - Technical inspections to prevent technical hazards likely to give rise to claims and to verify compliance with the rules of the art concerning the construction of buildings, carried out in accordance with the conditions of Section 7: technical inspection of the building and housing code. The Technical Controller will be approved by the Ministry of Construction. Lot 2 - 24149 - The provisions of the FWC relate to: The services of Coordination Safety and Health Protection for building sites, civil engineering and level 2 process entrusted to a body authorized for Lorient Agglomeration designated by the "project owner". The task of coordinating safety and health protection is carried out by an authorised natural person (or a legal person who may assign to the function of coordinator, an authorised natural person) within the meaning of Decree No 94.1159 of 26 December 1994.
