The subject of the contract is to perform a survey of trees (dendrology) in terms of the qualification of trees and shrubs threatening road safety and requiring care in road lanes administered by the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways Branch in Lublin, in the years 2025 - 2027, divided into 5 parts. Part 1: Chelm district - total length of roads 178,712 km Part 2: District in Kraśnik - total length of roads 61,802 km Part 3: Lubartów district - total length of roads 189.994 km Part No. 4: District in Międzyrzec Podl. - total length of roads 167,588 km Part 5: Zamość district – total length of roads 173,422 km. The total length of the roads is 771.52 km and may change, i.e. decrease due to the planned implementation by GDDKiA Branch in Lublin of road investments, i.e. construction of express roads, which is associated with the successive handover of sections of individual roads to the Contractor of road construction. Scope of planned work: 1. Carrying out an inventory of tree cover in the road lanes covered by the contract. 2. Assessment of the condition of existing trees in terms of selecting trees and shrubs that threaten road safety and require care treatments. 3. Development of a Green Maintenance Plan (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Green Maintenance Plan’). 4. Development of complete materials to apply to the appropriate municipal authority for consent, in the form of a permit for the felling of trees growing in the road lane. 5. Visible marking of trees intended for felling or maintenance. 6. Execution of shortage estimates of timber stored on the squares of Road Districts, coming from tree felling.
