Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the construction of a work, i.e. equipping a maximum of 38 Škoda 39T trams with an anti-collision system (hereinafter also referred to as the ‘equipment’). The subject of performance also includes the revival of the equipment, the execution of all related works, including the delivery of all necessary material and software equipment necessary for the proper functioning of the equipment, including the modification of the control SW of vehicles and the approval of the equipment for operation on the tramway in the public transport of persons in the territory of the Czech Republic. The subject of performance of the public contract is further specified in detail in the draft Contract, which forms Annex 1 to the tender specifications, whereby the Contract will be concluded with one supplier.
