Subject-matter of the contract: ‘Implementation of engineering – design, execution of construction works and supervision of designers during construction works for a site: Modernisation of Nikolay Katranov Secondary School in Svishtov. Description of the subject of the contract: The subject matter of the contract shall include the activities: - DEVELOPMENT OF an INVESTMENT PROJECT in the ‘working project’ phase, during the preparation of the investment project, a decision should be given to carry out construction and installation works for the internal renovation of the premises in the Svishtov School of Sofia in accordance with the requirements of the applicable regulations for educational establishments and to provide an attractive, healthy and safe environment for the training, education and socialisation of students and the implementation of green urban infrastructure measures on the territory of the educational establishment and the surrounding area. - EXERCISE OF AUTHORITY SURVEILLANCE during the execution of the construction and installation works in accordance with the requirements of Article 162(2) and (3) of the Spatial Planning Act. - CONSTRUCTION AND MONTAGE WORKS for overhaul of classrooms and premises in accordance with the requirements of the applicable regulations for educational institutions, implementation of measures for green urban infrastructure on the territory of the educational institution and the surrounding area and provision and construction of an accessible architectural environment for disadvantaged people. The contracting authority will conclude a framework agreement only with a tenderer who fulfils the selection criteria and whose tender fulfils the pre-announced conditions.
