Description

In order to facilitate the legal obligations of the Brussels public authorities eligible for the services of the RenoClick power plant, Sibelga wishes to launch a service contract aimed at making design offices specialised in ā€˜EPB certifications of public buildingsā€™ available to the beneficiaries of the RenoClick power plant. These offices will be responsible for determining the EPB surfaces of buildings (or checking that previously measured), and allocating to them the consumptions invoiced by official meters and/or measured by passing meters or according to any other means or system intended to distribute consumptions. These data will be encoded by them in the certification software for public buildings set up by Brussels Environment in order to draw up the finalised EPB Public Building certificate in accordance with the regulations in force at the time the certificate was issued. The public authorities will be able to call on the services of these offices both to draw up new certificates (on buildings that have not yet been certified or following significant changes to the buildings, which will therefore lead to changes in the edition of the new certificate) and to carry out annual updates of them (previous certificate drawn up by any other certifier or by the successful tenderer).
