Description

Carrying out public transport in provincial rail transport on communication lines: a) Łódź – Koluszki – Skierniewice – Warsaw – on working days b) Łódź – Sieradz to the border of the Wielkopolskie Voivodship (direction Poznań), c) Łódź – Kutno to the border of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship (direction Toruń), d) Łódź – Piotrków Trybunalski – Radomsko to the border of the Silesian Voivodship (direction Częstochowa), e) Zduńska Wola – Poddębice – the border of the Wielkopolskie Voivodship (direction Koło), f) Zduńska Wola – Chorzew Siemkowice – Biała Szlachecka – the border of the Silesian Voivodship (direction Częstochowa), g) Łódź – Koluszki – Tomaszów Mazowiecki – Drzewica – the border of the Mazowieckie Voivodship (direction Radom). In the case of lines crossing the borders of the voivodship (further than to the nearest station in the neighbouring voivodship, enabling transfers for the purpose of further travel or technical reversal of the train and return transport or to a station in the neighbouring voivodship, located more than 30 km from the voivodship border), the launch of transport services is subject to the conclusion of appropriate agreements or arrangements with the relevant voivodships. The final course of the transport referred to in the previous sentence shall be determined by means of arrangements between the Łódź Voivodeship and the other organisers of public transport. It is reserved to:  the running of trains on only shorter sections of the above-mentioned communication lines;  the running of trains on routes consisting of different lines of communication (or sections thereof) which are listed above. The final train relations on the above-mentioned communication lines will result from the technical feasibility of launching the connections, including in connection with work currently or in the future carried out by the relevant railway infrastructure manager or passenger station operator. This notice constitutes the notice referred to in Article 23 para. 1 of the Public Transport Act and Art. Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2007 on public passenger transport services by rail and by road and repealing Council Regulations (EEC) Nos 1191/69 and 1107/70. It is reserved to amend the indicated information pursuant to Article 23 para. 5 and 6 of the Public Transport Act.
