Description

The contract concerns:
Granting and servicing of a long-term PLN loan up to PLN 12 000 000,00 (in words: PLN 12 million) to finance the planned deficit of the Nyski District budget for 2019 amounting to PLN 12 000 000,00.
The loan will be used in Polish currency in tranches, the number, amount and timing of which will depend on the needs of the Nyski District, on the basis of a written payment order made by the District of Nyski five working days before the funds are released.
The grace period for repayment of the loan instalments lasts until 30.6.2020.
Repayment of the principal will take place on a semi-annual basis.The date of repayment of the first instalment of the loan principal shall be 30.6.2020.
The principal will be repaid in the period 2020-2029 for the following amounts:
1) 2020 – PLN 100 000,00;
2) 2021 – PLN 1 000 000,00;
3) 2022 – PLN 1 000 000,00;
4) 2023 – PLN 1 000 000,00;
5) 2024 – PLN 1 000 000,00.
