This procedure is carried out in the form of a Dynamic Acquisition System (DAS) In accordance with Article R.2162-37 of the Public Procurement Code, this dynamic acquisition system has been broken down into three distinct categories, which are: Category 1: light commercial electric vehicles (LCVs or LCVs) Category 2: Light-duty electric passenger vehicles Category 3: In accordance with Article R.2121-8 of the Public Order Code, this dynamic purchasing system is estimated at a maximum of 800 000,00 euro (s) excluding VAT for the entire period of validity of the Dynamic Acquisition System.
