The subject of the contract is the sale of thermal energy by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority and the provision by the Contractor of a service for the distribution of thermal energy to the newly built building of the Prosecutor's Office at various levels located at ul. Gliwice in Katowice, in accordance with the generally applicable provisions of law, in particular the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 1997, No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 266 as amended) and the applicable implementing acts issued to this Act. As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor is also obliged to build a connection to the above-mentioned facility.
