The subject-matter of the contract shall include in particular: 1) performing archaeological rescue excavations (hereinafter: excavation or research); 2) elaboration of test results; 3) obtaining consents of property owners, perpetual usufructuaries, tenants or attorneys (hereinafter: owner of real estate) to enter the area of plots or parts thereof on which archaeological sites are located in order to perform the necessary research, and in the event of failure to obtain such consents, to apply to the voivode for a decision on permission to enter the area of real estate or parts thereof; 4) payment of compensation to the owners of real estate for damages resulting from the use of the land during the survey (hereinafter: compensation); 5) checking the research area in terms of sappers at archaeological sites located within the limits of the investment consisting in the construction of the national road No 69 on the Lubiatowo – expressway section S6, Task 1: Lubiatowo – provincial road No 213 with a length of 11,280 km; 8 stations with a total area of 832 acres.
