Description

De gemeente Koggenland wil 61 flexwoningen realiseren. Onder ‘flexwoningen’ wordt verstaan verplaatsbare of modulaire woningen die, ondanks hun flexibele aard, de kwaliteit en duurzaamheid hebben om permanent gebruikt te worden. De afnemer van de woningen is het gemeentelijk woningbedrijf. De uit te voeren Opdracht bestaat uit;  het ontwerpen van het stedenbouwkundig plan;  het inrichten van het openbaar gebied;  het uitvoeren van het vergunningsproces (BOPA);  het bouw- en woonrijp maken van het terrein;  het realiseren van de fundering;  het inrichten van de openbare ruimte;  het ontwerpen, produceren, leveren en gebruiksklaar opleveren van de flexwoningen. De Gemeente Koggenland wenst met één (1) Inschrijver die de economische meest voordelige Inschrijving heeft gedaan een Overeenkomst te sluiten voor de uitvoering van de Opdracht. 9.000.000
