The work consists essentially of:
The work (maintenance dredging) consists mainly of:
— the excavation of approximately 43 500 m³ of dispersible dredging spoil,
— the excavation of approximately 3 700 m³ of non-dispersible dredging spoil,
— the excavation of approximately 300 m³ of asbestos-suspected dispersible [BBK] dredging spoil,
— the processing of approximately 43 500 m³ of dispersible dredging spoil with quality classes VT, A and B [BBK] on the adjacent plots, or dispose of it to a place of treatment or recovery recognised by the competent authority,
— the transfer and transport of approximately 3 700 m³ of non-dispersible dredging spoil of quality class A and B [BBK] to a place of processing or application approved by the competent authority,
— the transfer and transport of approximately 300 m³ of asbestos-suspected dredging spoil to a place of processing or application recognised by the competent authority,
— carrying out a further investigation in 1 on the presence of asbestos in accordance with the NTA 5727,
— cleaning a number of divers and bridges,
— applying for permits resulting from the procedure chosen by the contractor,
— communication with all interested parties and individuals. Communication should always be done via the Rhineland High Council,
— and the performance of additional work.
