Description

Completion of complete project documentation for the implementation of the construction within the scope of the documentation for the award of the public works contract according to the ust. Section 92 of the Act, including the drawing up of an inventory of works, supplies and services with a statement of area and control budget and cooperation with the contracting authority in the public procurement procedure for the construction (in particular the explanation or modification of project documentation), as well as the performance of copyright supervision during the subsequent implementation of the construction according to the provisions of the Act. Section 161(2) of Act No 283/2021, the Construction Act, including related engineering (procurement) activities. DVZ refers to the future new construction of a primary school building on land owned by the City of Prague – par. nos. 937/8, 938/4, 939/3, 939/4, 940/1, 940/2, 1814/1, 1814/3, 1814/4, 1814/5, 1814/7, 1814/10, 1983, 1985 in k.ú. Vysočany; construction will expand the existing premises of the primary and nursery school U Elektry I by a new separate school building with a capacity of 27 classes for 810 pupils, including connection to the existing transport and technical infrastructure. The proposed building will serve for education and education of children and youth. In more detail, the subject of performance is defined in the project permit documentation, which forms an integral annex to the tender documentation, fully published on the profile of the contracting authority.
