Description

The purpose of this consultation is the preventive and corrective maintenance of fire safety appliances and equipment in establishments belonging to the GHT Haute Bretagne and the purchase of fire extinguishers, RIAs, sparklets and associated services. This consultation is combined and comprises three lots: - Lot 1: preventive and corrective maintenance of fire safety equipment and apparatus at the RENNES University Hospital, and purchase of new fire extinguishers, RIAs, sparklets and associated services – Lot 2: preventive and corrective maintenance of fire safety equipment and appliances at the CH de Brocéliande, CH de la ROCHE AUX FEES, CH DES MARCHES DE BRETAGNE, CH DE REDON CARENTOIR, CH de la Guerche and CH Simone Veil de Vitré and purchase of new fire extinguishers, RIAs and sparklets and associated services, for these establishments – Lot 3: preventive and corrective maintenance of fire extinguishers and purchase of new fire extinguishers, sparklets and associated services from the Guillaume Régnier Hospital Centre.The public contract is a framework agreement which sets out all the contractual provisions. It shall be executed as and when order forms are issued under the conditions laid down in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code.The public contract shall be a single-awardee.The public contract shall comprise: - a share of foreseeable services concluded at a total and flat-rate price; - a share of non-programmable services concluded at unit prices. All the services that can be carried out are described in the Specific Technical Specifications (STS) specific to each lot. The inventories specific to each lot list the equipment to be maintained.
