It shall be executed as and when order forms are issued under the conditions laid down in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code.The public contract shall be a single-awardee.The public contract shall comprise: - a share of foreseeable services concluded at a total and flat-rate price; - a share of non-programmable services concluded at unit prices.
