Description

The subject of the Contractor's fulfilment is cooperation and support of the project team in the scope of: • Analysis and verification of the existing status of the documentation related to the security upgrade project. • Create and modify documentation according to the needs of the project team. • Developing analyses, concepts and studies for the modernisation project. • Creation of schedules, plans, procedures according to the requirements of the project team. • Developing technical solutions, assignments and proposals. • Evaluation of the impacts of the proposed solutions on the modernization of the systems from the point of view of the applicable legislation as well as their impact on the initial project and related operational documentation • Comment and creation of technical documentation according to the requirements of the project team. • Participation in regular meetings and workshops. • Fulfilment of assigned tasks in accordance with the client's instructions related to the project. • Support in the creation of the contract documentation in the commercial and technical part. • Support of the project manager in the technical, business and legal areas. • Support to the project's chief engineer. • Independent expert opinions on electro, SKR and machine-building projects • Independent expert opinions in the field of safety, seismicity, EMC, fire safety. • Independent assessment of documentation within the scope of the project in the preparatory and implementation phases. • Full assessment of tender documentation. • Commenting on the implementation documentation provided by the contractor. • Professional cooperation and technical support of the project team in negotiations according to the customer's requirements. • Support for project coordination, communication with contractors. • Engineering support to address unexpected problems and critical events that occurred during the preparation of the documentation and to address them, resulting in a technical report, including recommendations. • On-demand activities – upon request of the contracting entity (written request), activities such as technical evaluation, analysis, calculations related to the subject matter of this technical specification shall be provided.
