Description

The subject of the order is: ‘Supply by purchase of brand new cars for outsourced units of the Technical University of Sofia’, by lot: Lot 1: "Supply by purchase of 1 (one) brand new electric sedan" Lot 2: "Supply by purchase of 1 (one) brand new sedan". Lot 3: "Supply by purchase of 1 (one) brand new hatchback car". Lot 4: ‘Supply by purchase of 2 (two) brand new vans. The Contractor under each lot undertakes to deliver and hand over to the Contracting Authority the vehicles to be delivered, complete as follows: equipped with a safety triangle, first aid kit, fire extinguisher and reflective vest (according to the Road Traffic Act); complete according to the manufacturer's requirements; with a pre-sales service; loaded with all liquids and materials necessary for its operation; with the necessary documents for registration, including documents for paid taxes, duties, fees, invoices and acceptance protocols; certificate of conformity, warranty and service booklet, passports or other documents from the manufacturer containing technical data and characteristics; with instructions for use in Bulgarian, as well as documentation containing recommendations for proper operation; other documents and accessories required under the terms of the contract and the Contractor's tender; with valid Third Party Liability and Full Motor Casco insurance for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery of the vehicle.
